Domestic shipping
VidaSoleil.com offers FREE 2-5 business day shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States ONLY. Vouchers / Store Credit Codes are unable to qualify for free shipping. Orders placed before 3:00pm PST begin processing immediately and usually ship the same business day to our customers within the United States. Return shipping is not included. Vida Soleil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by USPS tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
International shipping (including canada)
Depending on the total of your purchase, and delivery method selected, VidaSoleil.com's International shipping charges are as follows:
Standard (6-10 business days on average, but can occasionally take a month or longer, depending on customs) $18.95

Vida Soleil is not responsible for any customs, duty or tax fees determined by the destination country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional fees required for these reasons.
Shipping internationally is a RISK, as the USPS cannot guarantee delivery once a parcel has been passed off to the local postal service of the destination country. The customer assumes all liability of lost or misdelivered parcels.
We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from Vida Soleil, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to vidasoleil.com.
Order processing times
Orders placed before 3pm PST are processed the same day pending the availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday, that includles all carriers. During holidays and during big sales, please allow for a few extra days of processing time. VidaSoleil.com will contact you via email if the items you have ordered is not in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Our Delivery Times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

For our customers within the United States, we offer Overnight Express and 2 Business Day shipping via UPS. Please select this shipping option at checkout for specific rates to your area. Please add one additional business day for shipments to Hawaii.
For our International Customers, we offer 3-5 business day shipping.
